Bettylou Sakura Johnson

Bettylou Sakura Johnson is a rising surf star from the North Shore of Oahu. Influenced by her ocean-loving family, she quickly drew attention for her natural talent in the water. In 2020, she made her major CT debut at the Maui Pro as a wildcard and finished 9th. By 2023, she had climbed to 11th in the WCT rankings, steadily building her career.
In May 2025, she claimed her first-ever WCT victory at the Gold Coast. As she stated in a G-LIDE interview filmed earlier that February, becoming a world champion was her goal for the season—a goal she is well on her way to achieving.
