1. The CASIO Singapore XG Watch & Sticker Set Giveaway Campaign (the “Promotion”) runs from 13 December 2025 11:00 to 21 December 2025 23:59 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by CASIO Singapore Pte Ltd (“CSP”) in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice in whatever mode of communication as CSP deems fit (“Promotion Period”).
2. To take part in the Promotion, criteria (Point 3) will need to be met during the Promotion Period.
3. This campaign is open to CASIO ID members residing in Singapore only.
4. Each CASIO ID member will have the opportunity to submit the application form provided at:

Winning Giveaway and Prizes
5. The XG Sticker Set and Watch Giveaway watches can only be redeemed at CASIO Singapore Pte Ltd.

6. Selected winners will be notified through their registered CASIO ID e-mail address.

7. To redeem the Prize, you should:
a. Present the confirmation email from news-gshock@dm.casio.info that you have won the Prize, at CASIO Singapore office located at (“Odeon Towers 331 North Bridge Road #21 01/06 Singapore 188720”).
b. Fill in an acknowledgement form provided by our Customer Service Centre.
c. Completed acknowledgement form will be collected from our Customer Service Centre as proof of collection.
8. Prize Redemption Period
a. Winners will be contacted by 26th of December.
b. Winners are required to respond to the congratulatory message their registered CASIO ID e-mail address) in order to claim their Prize.
c. If a participant fails to claim their Prize by 9 January 2026, 5.30 pm at our Office, their Prize will be forfeited, and the participant shall have no claim against CSP for such forfeiture. CSP reserves the right to deal with the unclaimed Prize(s) at its sole discretion.
9. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items. The redemption period of the Prize to be claimed is non-extendable. CSP will be under no obligation to replace or pay the participant the value of any prizes not utilised by the participant before the end of the validity period of the Prize as may be stipulated by CSP. Redemption for the respective Prizes is subject to the CSP terms and conditions.
10. Publicity and Personal Data
10.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to CASIO collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for purposes related to the administration of this Promotion, in accordance with CASIO's Privacy Policy.
10.2 Winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and other information for publicity or promotional purposes without further compensation or prior notice, where permitted by law.

General
- CASIO creserves the right to:
Amend or vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these Terms and Conditions; and
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical failure. - CASIO's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- CASIO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the giveaway of the XG Watch and Sticker Set Giveaway.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions contained herein and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that CSP may issue from time to time.
- By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree and undertake to, at all times, indemnify, keep indemnified, and hold CSP, its employees and agents harmless against all losses (including direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential losses), damages (including general, special, and/or punitive damages), demands, injuries (other than personal injury caused by CSP’s negligence), claims, costs, penalties, interests and fees (including all legal fees as between solicitor and client or otherwise on a full indemnity basis whether or not incurred in respect of any real, anticipated, or threatened legal proceedings), howsoever caused by, arising or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, their participation in the Promotion, acceptance or usage of any Prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of these terms and conditions and/or any applicable law.
- We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly howsoever in connection with or as a result of the redemption process.
- We have the right to suspend or end this Promotion or change any terms and conditions at any time without giving you notice. This includes changing the rules relating to what qualifies for the Promotion and the dates of the Promotion.
- CSP may at its discretion forfeit the Prize, or, if already awarded, reclaim the Prize at the expense of the participant without payment, compensation, or having to give any reason whatsoever in the event CSP subsequently discovers that the participant is not eligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to receive the Prize.
- If there is any difference between these terms and conditions and the contents of any marketing and/or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
- Our decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person or cancellation or suspension of the Promotion, without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
- CSP reserves the right to disqualify or disregard any participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.
- CSP has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any participant from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason.
- Failure by CSP to exercise any of its rights or remedy under these terms and conditions contained herein does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
- The laws of Singapore shall apply to these terms and conditions, and any disputes between you and us will be dealt with in the courts of Singapore.
- A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall not have the right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
- By taking part in this Promotion, you agree and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data (Full name, Email address - based on CASIO ID registered email and Mailing address) collected in connection with this Promotion, for CSP to administer this Promotion and contact you in relation to the Promotion and for record-keeping purposes. If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data, you shall be deemed to have withdrawn voluntarily from this Promotion and all your entitlements under this Promotion shall also be withdrawn. As a winner of any of the Prizes, you also agree to participate and cooperate with CSP in all promotional activities relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed, filmed and photographed. You agree to grant CSP a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such recorded footage and/or photographs of you in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites and/or website and you agree that you shall not be entitled to the payment of any fee for such use. CSP shall not be liable for any third party’s misuse of the information provided by you and/or images of you as a result of your participation in this Promotion.
- CSP uses statistical information in a non-personally identifiable form for marketing and other CSP business purposes.
- We may also provide this information to third parties.
- Participation in this Promotion implies your agreement and consent to CSP retaining your application history (including campaign applications) associated with the CASIO ID, even after the campaign concludes, for marketing purposes.
