T&Cs

1. Eligibility

One watch per customer only, on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to capacity.
If we can fix your problem on the spot, then we will log your repair and you can collect it after 2 hours on the day.
Complimentary battery replacement and technical support are available only on the day of the event.
The offer is valid for Casio watches not older than 7 years from the date of manufacture. Older models may not be serviceable due to parts availability.
Customised watches (modified from their original factory specification) are excluded.
MR-G and MT-G series watches are excluded as these require a specialist repair environment.
These models will be sent to our Service Centre in Germany for repair under standard procedures and charges.

2. Scope of Free Services

Only battery replacement and technical support are included in the free service. Watches requiring additional repairs will be assessed and, if necessary, scheduled for full service at the Casio Service Centre. Standard repair charges will apply. For any warranty claims, valid proof of purchase is required.

3. Service Standards

Battery replacements will be carried out by our Casio trained personnel using genuine Casio parts. Each watch will undergo a pressure test to confirm water resistance after battery replacement, adhering to Casio's quality standards.

4. Repair Guarantee

All battery replacements performed on the day are covered by a 3-month guarantee for the same fault. If the battery fails within this period, Casio will replace it free of charge.
