Premium Product Line factory in Yamagata
The Premium Production Line at Yamagata Casio produces high-end watches. With a combination of technology to maximize accuracy using the company’s own special manufacturing equipment and a high level of human skills found only in top certified personnel, Yamagata Casio is pursuing high-quality and high-precision manufacturing.
Calibers used in the brand’s high-end series are hand-assembled one by one by the manufacturer’s best watchmakers, just as it happens with Swiss mechanical movements.

Premium craftsmanship
Gassan
While the solid-link band is made from a fairly standard titanium alloy, the center links feature traditional Gassan “yasuri-me” rasp marks and characters individually applied by Sadanobu Gassan himself.. Gassan hand-carves the watch band with these marks and with 鍛 and 錬 inscriptions as a symbol of his family’s devotion to sword smithing.

Executed by the hands of expert watchmakers, on the Premium Production Line at Casio’s Yamagata manufacture MRG and MTG.
The textural appeal highlighted with individual finishes
