BettyLou Sakura Johnson is a young prodigy surfer from the North Shore of Oahu. Her family had a great influence on her love for outdoor activities, which included surfing. It did not take long for many to see she had a natural gift in the water. In 2020, she appeared in her first major CT event as a Wildcard at the Maui Pro, placing 9th overall. Now competing on the World Championship Tour, BettyLou finishing 11th overall in the 2023 WCT rankings and has her sights and heart set on a World Title while maintaining a keen sense for fashion and design giving her her own unique identity in the world of surfing.
