This is a unique night, it's a bit of a reality tv-show, sports game, a rave and club night = ALL IN ONE. Welcome to SEASON 3. This is the 2nd tournament of 2026.
Powered by G-SHOCK Radio - The Back2Back DJ Battle is a multi-genre music event & DJ competition. 8 DJs representing diverse sounds and styles, are chosen as part of this artist development program all leading up to this one night to go head to head. Taking place LIVE in front of an audience and panel of judges who all have the power to take DJs into the next round. You can change the fate of a DJ and accelerate their careers as screams are votes! The winner gets a hamper of prizes from Alpha Theta (Pioneer), Mixcloud, Pirate Studios, Noise, The Faded Scene publication and more!
SIGN-UP FOR A TICKET
Applicants will be notified by email closer to the event date.
Please note that entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, with doors opening promptly at 8:30 PM. Invitations are non-transferable, and plus ones will require their own ticket to attend.
THE FORMAT
8 DJs. Quarter-finals to the Grand Final. All in one night.
THE SOUND
No genre is off-limits. Expect UKG, House, Dubstep, Baile Funk and more.
THE BATTLE
DJs go head-to-head, trading tracks and tricks. It’s about technical wizardry, crowd control, and pure selection.
THE FINAL
A 15-minute "Track 4 Track" war to crown the winner.
JUDGES VOTE
Our resident judges are back, with Nicky from Noise, an artist manager and booker for national gigs and festivals. Alongside DJ & producer Sharpson from Choki Biki Records to judge on the technicality and wizardry.
YOUR VOTE MATTERS
Our pro judges handle the technicals, but the crowd holds the tie-breaking power. We measure the screams; we feel the energy. You have the power to accelerate a DJ’s career or send them packing.
