This G-SHOCK – SHOCK OK PLEASE giveaway offer (“Offer”) is brought to you by Casio India Company Private Limited (herein after referred as “Company”)
Participants are advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in this offer the Participants shall be deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions of this offer and hereby expressly agree to be bound by the same.
1. Participant must be atleast 18 years old.
2. Participant must visit the Store between 11th April 2025 till 31st May 2025 and fill an entry-form given at the Store & give his/her answer to the question: “What’s your dream collab for a G-SHOCK special edition?”.
3. Participant would also be required to fill his/her personal information such as their name, contact number, email, etc. and must give his/her consent to Casio for collecting, storing and processing his/her personal information as per Casio’s privacy policy at https://www.casio.com/in/privacy/ by ticking the check-box placed on the entry-form.
4. Complete entry-form must be dropped in the SHOCK OK PLEASE BOX, placed at the billing counter of the Store.
· Validity: This offer is valid from 11th April 2025 or 31st May 2025.
· Subject to fulfilling the eligibility and criteria, out of the registered entries, 1 Lucky Winner shall stand a chance to receive a free new Limited-Edition G-SHOCK – SHOCK OK PLEASE.
· Winner will be selected through randomizer on fulling eligibility & criteria. The decision of winner selection shall be final & the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain or correspond to any clarification/query related to this contest.
· No purchase is required under this offer.
· Company reserves the right to use the Participant names, or any other details for promotion and other marketing activities on Company’s social media and other platforms.
· Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government/Court, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control. This offer is subject to Force Majeure Conditions including but not limited to Pandemic, Epidemic, Natural Disasters Etc.
· Company has the right to dismiss Participants at its sole discretion including but not limited to pertaining any of the following conditions:
A. Violation of the above stated eligibility and criteria including minimum age limit required for entry in Contest.
B. Use of false or other people's personal information for entry.
C. Multiple Entries by a participant
D. Use of any unfair means.
E. Any other violation of terms & conditions of the offer
· Company at its sole discretion reserves the right to award an alternative prize in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice. Contestants shall not be entitled to make any claim in regard to an alternative prize, if being offered, under this contest.
· By participating in this offer, the contestant hereby agrees that no claim shall be asserted against the Company, affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents in respect to any and all losses or injuries (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), damages, rights, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that result from your participation to this contest and/or acceptance and enjoyment of the prize.
· Winner shall be contacted by Company based on details provided by the participants at the time of invoicing via call/email/SMS and they must respond to the call/email to claim their prize. If the Winner does not respond to the call/email with, Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
· Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable in cash. No request shall be entertained for exchange with cash or with other goodies of equivalent value.
· These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
· Actual product may vary in appearance and features due to visual enhancements. Company shall not assume any legal or financial responsibility for unclaimed benefits beyond the promotional Validity Period.
